Delete your TP VPN account
You can request deletion in the app or on this page. Your account, sign-in methods, devices and subscription records are erased and cannot be recovered.
What is deleted
- Your account identifier (@handle) and all sign-in methods
- Subscription records and remaining days
- All registered devices and their keys
- Support tickets and connection history
Timeline
- The account goes offline as soon as the request is submitted: all sessions end and devices can no longer connect.
- You can cancel the request at any time during the 30-day cooling-off period; after it the account is permanently deleted.
- Residual copies on backup media are purged within 90 days as backups rotate.
Cancel store subscriptions first
Deleting the account does not cancel auto-renewing subscriptions made through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel them in your device account settings first, otherwise they keep renewing.
Request online
How to request deletion
In the app: Account → Account settings → Delete account, then confirm by typing your @handle.
On the web: send the request from the email address linked to your account and include your @handle. We verify the identity, process the request and reply with a confirmation.
Email requests are usually processed within 2 business days.
