One subscription, managed where you bought it
Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Eligible new subscribers get 3 days at no charge; unless cancelled, the selected plan is billed on day 4. Website and in-app prices may differ by payment provider and region.
Manage or cancel the subscription through the website account, App Store or Google Play where you purchased it. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the current paid period.
Payment methods
Website subscription payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch our servers. In-app subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play.

Why is the website cheaper than buying in the app?
In-app purchases carry the App Store or Google Play fee, so the price includes that premium. The service is identical either way.
How does the 3-day trial work?
Choose a monthly or yearly subscription and provide a payment method. Eligible new subscribers are not charged for the first 3 days; cancel during the trial to avoid the first charge on day 4.
Can I upgrade before my yearly plan ends?
Yes. The new plan takes effect immediately and the purchased period is added to your current expiry date. Pro-rated credit is not offered at the moment.
What is the fair-use threshold?
To keep the service fast for everyone, subscription plans have a monthly data threshold. Beyond it your connection is not cut off but speed is reduced until the next billing period.
Can I get an invoice?
The Enterprise plan includes invoicing and business billing; for other plans contact billing@tpvpn.com for an electronic receipt.
