One subscription, managed where you bought it
Website plans are prepaid: pay once, then use the service for the purchased period. There is no automatic renewal or charge after a trial. Store subscriptions follow the price, renewal terms and any eligible offer shown by Apple or Google.
Renewal depends on the payment method used at checkout. Turning off future renewal preserves paid benefits until expiry.
Payment methods
Website subscription payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch our servers. In-app subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play.

Refund policy
Website orders do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Contact support for duplicate charges, non-delivery or service problems. Applicable rights and purchase-channel rules remain unaffected.

Why is the website cheaper than buying in the app?
In-app purchases carry the App Store or Google Play fee, so the price includes that premium. The service is identical either way.
How are website purchases billed?

Can I upgrade before my yearly plan ends?
Yes. The new plan takes effect immediately and the purchased period is added to your current expiry date. Pro-rated credit is not offered at the moment.
What is the fair-use threshold?
To keep the service fast for everyone, subscription plans have a monthly data threshold. Beyond it your connection is not cut off but speed is reduced until the next billing period.
