Verify the APK
Each published Android download includes a version number and checksum so you can check the file before installing.
The verified Android download is not available yet. Please check back soon.
- On a computer run shasum -a 256 tpvpn-latest.apk (macOS / Linux) or certutil -hashfile tpvpn-latest.apk SHA256 (Windows) and compare the output with the checksum on this page.
- Run apksigner verify --print-certs tpvpn-latest.apk from the Android SDK and compare the certificate fingerprint with this page.
- Install only when both values match; if either differs, do not install and contact support@tpvpn.com.

Why can't I find TP VPN in my app store?
Availability depends on the release and your store region. Use the official links on this page when they become available. If you need help, contact support@tpvpn.com.
Connected but no internet
Switch to Smart pick and reconnect. If it still fails, pick a node in another country on the Nodes tab and make sure the device clock is set automatically.
Frequent disconnections
On Android, exclude the app from battery optimisation; on iOS, make sure Low Data Mode is off.
Device limit reached
Unbind devices you no longer use under Account → Device management in the app, or move to a plan with more devices.
Choose your plan
Pay once for the selected period. Access starts after payment confirmation; renew manually when it expires.
