Subscription Terms
Subscriptions renew automatically. Eligible new subscribers receive a 3-day trial and are charged for the selected plan on day 4; the purchase confirmation controls the price, period and eligibility.
1. Choose a subscription before the trial starts
TP VPN does not offer a stand-alone trial without a subscription. You first select a plan and agree to the subscription on the Apple App Store, Google Play or our website purchase confirmation. Before you submit, that screen shows the billing period, local price, tax where applicable, trial eligibility and next charge date.
2. The 3-day trial and day-4 charge
- An eligible new subscriber receives a 3-day trial after confirming a subscription.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends using the deadline shown by the store, the selected plan is charged on day 4 and then renews automatically for the same period.
- If the purchase confirmation does not show a free trial, your account or selected offer is not eligible and confirming the purchase charges you immediately.
- Apple or Google determines eligibility for each store account. We cannot reset or override store eligibility.
3. Auto-renewal and price changes
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Each renewal uses the subscription period then shown for your plan.
- Apple or Google handles collection, tax, renewal notices and price-change consent for store subscriptions. We receive transaction status and entitlement information, not your full card number.
- If a price changes, we or the relevant store give advance notice as required. A new price that needs your consent applies only after you accept it; you may cancel before it takes effect.
4. How to cancel

5. Refunds
Refunds are handled by the party that collected the payment: Apple for App Store purchases, the Google Play process for Google Play purchases, and us for website purchases. Eligibility and steps are in the Refund Policy. Cancelling future renewal is not a request to refund a charge already made.

For billing or subscription help, contact billing@tpvpn.com and include the order id or store order number. Never send a full card number, password or private key.
