Install and connect on iPhone / iPad

Install
Search for “TP VPN” in the App Store, or use the button on this page.

Sign in
Sign in, then check the available plans and purchase details in the app.

Allow the VPN configuration
On the first connection iOS asks to add a VPN configuration; tap Allow and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.

Connect
Tap connect and Smart pick joins the best node, or choose a scene or country on the Nodes tab.

Why can't I find TP VPN in my app store?
Availability depends on the release and your store region. Use the official links on this page when they become available. If you need help, contact support@tpvpn.com.
Connected but no internet
Switch to Smart pick and reconnect. If it still fails, pick a node in another country on the Nodes tab and make sure the device clock is set automatically.
Frequent disconnections
On Android, exclude the app from battery optimisation; on iOS, make sure Low Data Mode is off.
Device limit reached
Unbind devices you no longer use under Account → Device management in the app, or move to a plan with more devices.
Choose your plan
Pay once for the selected period. Access starts after payment confirmation; renew manually when it expires.
