TP VPN can be bought in two ways: directly on this website, or inside the app through the App Store or Google Play. The service is identical either way, but billing works differently and subscriptions are managed in different places. This guide covers both.

Start with a subscription

Choose a plan and confirm the subscription before access begins. If the purchase confirmation says you are eligible, the first 3 days are free. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected plan is charged on day 4 at the price shown on that confirmation, then renews automatically for the displayed period until cancelled. If no trial appears on the confirmation, the subscription is charged immediately.

Website subscriptions are managed under Account → Subscription. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed by the store. If you change channels, cancel the old subscription first so you are not billed twice. Refund rules are in Orders, receipts and refunds.

In-app purchases: managed by the App Store or Google Play

A subscription bought in the app is billed by Apple or Google and renews under the store's rules. The purchase confirmation shows trial eligibility, price, billing period and next charge date. Cancel before the next renewal shown by the store. TP VPN cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf and never receives your full payment-card details.

View or cancel on iOS

  1. Open Settings, tap your Apple account at the top and choose Subscriptions, or open the Apple subscriptions page directly.
  2. Select TP VPN to see the current period, the renewal date and the price.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

View or cancel on Android

  1. Open Google Play, tap your profile picture and choose Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions, or open the Google Play subscriptions page directly.
  2. Select TP VPN.
  3. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

In the app, the current-plan card on the Plans tab shows "Auto-renew on" or "Auto-renew off", and Manage subscription opens the system page described above.

Cancelling does not stop the service immediately

Turning off auto-renewal only stops future charges. The period you have already paid for stays active until it ends. Cancelling is not a refund; see the refund policy for that.

After expiry

  • The home screen shows "Subscription expired", connection attempts are refused with a prompt to renew, and your account, device list and @handle are kept.
  • You can buy again on the website or in the app at any time; the new period starts on the day of payment.
  • Days from redeem codes and referral rewards likewise count from the day they are granted once a subscription has expired; see How to use a redeem code.
  • An unused account costs nothing, with one exception: an in-app subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it.

Changing plans

Choose the new tier on the Plans tab. The purchase confirmation tells you when the change takes effect, whether a credit applies and the next charge. Store subscriptions are calculated by Apple or Google under their rules; website subscriptions use the terms shown on the website confirmation. Review that screen before approving the change.

Frequently asked questions

  • Does deleting my account cancel a store subscription? No. Cancel the subscription in the App Store or Google Play before deleting the account, otherwise the store keeps charging. See Account migration and sign-in methods.
  • Can I get an invoice? The Enterprise plan includes invoicing and business billing; for other plans email billing@tpvpn.com for an electronic receipt.

For anything else, email billing@tpvpn.com and include your @handle.
